I am using WordPress plugin Portfolio Filter Gallery,

Here i have created all the pages and linked to my Portfolio Filter Gallery, also i have uploaded certain files in it earlier.

Now when i try to upload new files from ADD IMAGES -> Media Library ->Select by giving all necessary title, caption and other information and submit select.

After that i selected Filters and Press Upload Button, its not updating.

Even the existing image title or any other information i am not able to change.

I Created New Gallery and Tried to Upload, that is working fine, but old existing Gallery is not working.

what might be the reason.
